Each mug is customised in our Newcastle studio. All mugs are sent boxed in either a smash proof box (ceramic) or with bubble wrap (enamel) to ensure they arrive safely.
All our mugs are printed using the highest quality sublimation process, allowing a stunning combination of colours. We use superior quality white ceramic mugs with a high gloss finish.
Ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe.

In the unlikely even of your order arriving damaged, please message me with a photograph showing the damage & packaging and a replacement will be sent.
