All items are made in our studio in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. All items are made using highest quality sublimation inks and are heat pressed - no vinyl stickers that won't peel off.

Cancellations & returns are not accepted on personalised items. 

If your parcel is returned to me for whatever reason (incorrect address, not at home when delivered etc) then you will need to pay another postage fee for the item to be re-sent.

Please note that I am not responsible for Royal Mail's delivery times and refunds will not be made for any item which arrives past the expected delivery time.

In the unlikely even of your order arriving damaged, please message me with a photograph showing the damage & packaging and a replacement will be sent.
