HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE

At Larchmill we don't believe in making you wait 7-10 days for your personalised gift.  All orders are despatched within 2 working days, usually quicker.

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE SENT

You can choose postage on the checkout page.  We use Royal Mail for all our postage therefore governed by their delivery times. During Covid, these times are not guaranteed as it depends on staffing in each individual sorting office.  The only guaranteed service is "next day by 1pm".  

If your parcel is returned to us for whatever reason (incorrect address, not at home when delivered etc) unfortunately you will need to pay another postage fee for the item to be re-sent.

I'VE MADE AN ERROR ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT

Your order will be produced pretty quickly so please get in touch asap. Depending the level your order is at, there may be a small admin fee to re-make.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted on personalised products. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order has arrived damaged (we sincerely hope not as they are well packaged!) please send us a photograph and we will rectify this for you.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER? 

Yes of course!  Collections can be made by prior appointment from Studio 3, Sinclair Court, Darrell Street, Brunswick Village, NE13 7DS.

 

OTHER INFO

Ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe.

Enamel mugs/flasks need to be washed by hand rather than in the dishwasher to avoid rust marks occurring. Due to the nature of enamel, there might be bumps and blemishes.

All products are made using sublimation inks and heat to set the ink. We never use vinyl so your design will not peel off.
