Other Information

Each mug is customised in our Newcastle studio. All mugs are sent boxed in either a smash proof box (ceramic) or with bubble wrap (enamel) to ensure they arrive safely.

All our mugs are printed using the highest quality sublimation process, allowing a stunning combination of colours. We use superior quality white ceramic mugs with a high gloss finish. 

Ceramic mugs are dishwasher proof.  Enamel mugs need to be handwashed and dried thoroughly to prevent rust marks. Due to the nature of the enamel, slight bumps & blemishes may occur.
